With Father’s Day this coming Sunday, I thought I’d share a few recipes my good ol’ dad enjoys!
He always said he only likes two kinds of pie – hot or cold! So here are a few pie recipes. Make one for your dad or hubby and see if it doesn’t make them smile!

In the past few days I have had a few experiences I never expected to have in my lifetime. Both were wonderfully exciting and frightening. They definitely pushed me way beyond my little comfort zone.
Now that all the excitement has died down, what is left behind is a feeling of warmth and love and joy.
So many people made me feel appreciated, much more clever than I know I am, witty, and very loved.
Thank you to each one of you, from the bottom of my heart.
You’ve given me enough warm fuzzies to last for quite a while and my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
